5 / Where to stick a custom fabric label?
Mine4Sure's personalised labels can be fixed on most types of fabric: wool, polyester, cotton, linen and mixed fibers. Take the necessary precautions if you want to label more fragile fabrics (such as velvet, silk, fleece, satin…)

Instructions for use
Fix with an iron (no steam)
For optimum adhesion, follow these steps;
1) Iron settings
- Set your iron to cotton / 2 to 3 points and switching off the steam.
- Make sure to reach the full temperature for this setting. So once heated, the glue reaches its fusion temperature.
2) Prepare your fabric support
- Make sure that your item can be ironed and is dry.
- Place the label perfectly flat, in the desired position on the item you want to label.
3) Iron on (8 seconds)
- Apply the iron directly on the label (no protective greaseproof paper is needed).
- Maintain the iron 8 seconds with a firm and even pressure, without sliding the iron.
- Remove the iron, and let the label cool down completely.
4) Check the adhesion
- Once the label has cooled down fully, check the adhesion by trying to lift a corner slightly.
- If you notice that the adhesion is not perfect, increase your iron temperature slightly and apply again for 5 seconds.
5) Adhesion over time
- A well fixed label with last over time and guarantees an excellent resistance to washing and rubbing constraints.
- If necessary, the fixing can be reinforced at any time: the heat activated adhesive can be reactivated by reheating the label.
