With autumn setting in, and its colder temperatures, it is time to get the homemade chocolate and hazelnut spread out again for after school snacks and week-end brunches! You will love how quick and easy our recipe is.

Homemade chocolate and hazelnut spread: Our quick and easy recipe

The magic ingredients for  your homemade chocolate and hazelnut spread:

– 70 grams of milk chocolate

– 50 grams icing sugar (sifted beforehand)

– 50 grams sunflower oil

– 55 grams hazelnut purée

– 1 tablespoon milk powder

– 3 pinches sugar-free cocoa powder

– 1 small glass jar with lid (baby jar type)

To make the homemade chocolate and hazelnut spread:

– Cut the milk chocolate bar into pieces and place in a bowl.

– Add the hazelnut purée and sunflower oil.

– Melt in a bain-marie.

– Once the ingredients have melted, stir in the milk powder, cocoa powder and sifted icing sugar.

– Mix until smooth.

All you, now, have to do is pour your mixture into the small glass jar and wait for it to cool. Once cooled down, close the jar and leave to set in the fridge for 2 and a half hours.

Once the mixture has set, you can store it at room temperature (and away from greedy people)!
