Order processing and delivery times
|
Standard orders are processed within 2 working days maximum (Monday to Friday) from the moment your payment has been received (for bank transfers), or immediately for orders paid by credit or debit cards. To our processing time, you will need to add the delivery time.
“Express” orders are produced within 1 working day to which you must add the shipping time.
The additional cost for “Express” manufacturing and processing these orders is 5€/£5.
To ship your order, we use the postal service, and it will arrive directly through the letter box at the required delivery address.
On the day of dispatch of your order, we will send you an email to inform you of its shipment.
Delivery to all countries is free of charge. |
